My name is Jessica Ream. I am a Mental Performance Consultant and Owner of Growing Resilience Consulting, LLC in Montana and Texas. I reside in Great Falls, Montana.
I was raised in Columbia Falls, Montana. Growing up I participated in several sports. I participated in competitive cheerleading and dance, starting at a young age. In high school, I participated in cheerleading, tennis, 4-H, and O-Mok-See. I went on to participate in college cheerleading. I also coached cheer and dance. For fun, I enjoy being outside, hiking, playing with my dog, and spending time with family.
I graduated from the University of Great Falls (now known as: University of Providence) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and went on to complete my Master of Arts in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Previously, I worked as a Performance Expert/Master Resilience Trainer to teach Army soldiers mental skills training. I worked with Active, Reserve, injured soldiers, and soldiers transitioning to civilian life.
I value the virtue of growth. I believe no matter how much an individual thrives during their performance, there is always room for growth. For an individual to grow at their performance, it starts mentally. I teach mental skills derived from theory and research to help individuals optimize performance and fill their mental toolbox to face adversity.
